Howdy guys. I am Thomas Tamez and am an Equipment Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Texas.
I am in the process of qualifying Mecaro Pedestal Heaters for use in Vector Express Toolset.

My question is: Is Mecaro affiliated with Mechatronics?
Please forgive my confusion, but I am searching through old qualifying data from our Samsung-Korea teammates and view some data regarding "Mechatronics" Pedestal Heaters. Are these the same make as Mecaro?

(Regardless of the answer, we are still pursuing Mecaro. But knowing this information could possibly speed up my qualification).
